All dogs that come into Ho-Bo Care have a unique 4 digit ID number that corresponds to their microchip.  The 4 digit number referred to as their "Ho-Bo ID" number will be on a tag that stays with the dog for life.
If you have lost thier tag, you can use this template to make them a new one.  Their  Ho-Bo ID number will be on the adoption contract.
All Ho-Bo's are microchipped and the registration stays with Ho-Bo Care.  In the event that you have moved or changed phone numbers, please use the form below to update us.  Any time we get a call from the microchip company, we will call you immediately.
